The Country Goose Inn
overlooks a picturesque lake, surrounded with cypress trees, and
stocked with bass and bream. The inn is a log lodge with a large
porch and deck, furnished in Adirondack style, with several large
rocking chairs in which to sit and relax and enjoy the
peaceful setting.
The large dining room
hosts many receptions, parties, and meetings, and is graced with a
large moose rack hanging over the fireplace and "caligia," an
authentic cigar store Indian watching all that goes on. There is
a hot tub, nine guest rooms, and a sitting room/TV
viewing area.
